Know Your Admission/Registration Details

Registration Procedure

01 Candidates are advised to visit their nearest Technosoft center and engage in a counseling session with our Academic Counselors. To find the nearest Technosoft Center, please refer to our branches network list or reach out to us via email at info@technosofteducation.com.

02 To complete the registration process, you must fill out the application form provided along with the prospectus.

03 Please ensure that all information in the admission form is filled in English and written in capital letters.

04 Affix your signature and attach a passport-sized photograph to the admission form.

05 It is important to verify that all the details filled in the Application Form are accurate. Do not leave any column blank on the Admission Form.

06 Submit your completed Application Form for Admission along with the necessary documents (such as copies of mark sheets) and the required fee at an authorized Technosoft training center.

07 Once the application form is received, the head office will process the enrollment and issue ID Cards.

08 Within one month of admission, students are required to collect their ID Cards from the Center.

09 Students must carry their identity card, endorsed by the head office, at all times while within the center premises.

10 Non-payment of dues on time or any disciplinary actions may result in the cancellation of admission by the Technosoft center.

11 Once admission is canceled, it will not be reconsidered, and the fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.


Certificate/Mark Sheet

The Certificate/Diploma will be awarded by the Head Office of IACT, New Delhi (Institute for Advanced Computer Technology) upon successful completion of the course and examination. The certificate will be valid throughout India in accordance with the norms and regulations set by the Government of NCT of Delhi.

Minimum Qualifying Marks

Diploma Course 40%

Certificate Course 50%

Professional 50%

Percentage Grade

>= 75% A+

>= 60% to < 75% A

>= 50% to < 60% B

>= 40% to < 50% C

Upon qualifying all the exams, students will be awarded grades based on the percentage of marks obtained.

Re-Examination

Students who score less than 50% marks can re-appear in the qualifying exam in the next semester or within one year from their previous exam. A fee of Rs 150/- for all modules is applicable for re-examination. Students who fail to appear for the re-examination within the specified period will not be entitled to the certificate or further re-examination. Such students will need to go through the complete registration procedure to seek re-admission.

Transfer of Centre

In the event of any circumstances requiring a student to apply for a transfer from one center to another authorized IACT training center, an application form along with the place request must be submitted. The application should be sent to the Head Office duly forwarded by the center director (contact your center director for the transfer form). The transfer request will be accepted based on seat availability at the requested center, along with confirmation from the IACT Head Office.

Course Upgradation

A student enrolled in any course is eligible for upgrading to another course by submitting a filled Course Change form. This form is available at the student's center and should clearly mention the student's previous details (Registration No., Course) and the desired course for upgradation. The student is required to submit the form at their branch, after which it will be forwarded to the Head Office by the center director. An additional processing charge of Rs. 150/- will be applicable for course upgradation.
